PASSPORT/VISAS

All travellers must hold a valid passport and valid visa. It is the responsibility of the traveller to obtain a current Visa for the country they are visiting.

Remarks: Passport must be valid 6 months ahead since the time of departing the visited country.

RESPONSIBILITY

A very high level of care is taken to ensure suppliers maintain high standards. However, as we do not control airlines, bus operators, or hotels we cannot be responsible in any way for problems resulting from the booking, unless it is a direct result of negligence on our part or the part of our employees.

Mooi-Travel acts as agents only for the persons or companies providing or offering the means of travel, transport, accommodation and other services and receipts. Tickets and vouchers are issued subject to the terms and conditions under which transportation and services are offered.

The Travellers is fully aware that he/she is travelling in an area that may be remote, subject to unusual climatic conditions or politically unstable. Should Mooi-Travel deem it advisable to amend an itinerary, it may do so by varying or completely rerouting any trip. In this case the traveller will make no objection or claim for compensation from Mooi-Travel. Compensation should be made through your insurance company. Refunds will be at the total discretion of Mooi-Travel.

DEPOSIT and BALANCE

A non-refundable deposit of € 250 EURO per person is required upon confirmation of your booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to departure. If you fail to pay by the due date we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit. If you make a booking less than 45 days prior to departure, full payment is due immediately.

AMENDMENTS

Up to 30 days prior to departure, three amendments per booking are permitted free of charge. For all subsequent changes there will be an amendment fee of € 50 EURO per change.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation fees apply to all cancelled reservations. The fee is determined by the date written cancellation is received by Mooi-Travel.

More than 45 days before departure – Loss of deposit

45 days or less – 100% of total booking cost

REFUNDS

Refunds are not made for any unused services. No refund will be made if you leave the tour early for any reason.

During your holiday if you experience any difficulties or if any service or product is not meeting your expectations, we ask that you contact us immediately.

HOTEL CHECK IN

Check in time at all hotels is 2.00 p.m. and check out is 12.00 a.m.  Early check in and late check out is available upon request and for an additional fee.

ITINERARY 

1. The above tour prices are based on our current transportation rates. Increasing petrol rates might affect our transportation and boat fees, in which case we reserve the right to revise our current rates. If any increase should arise we will of course keep you well informed.
2. Availability: Please note that if a certain hotel is not available at the time of booking, then we will gladly make alternative suggestions in the same category. We will advise you accordingly with the surcharge if any. As a result, we would highly appreciate it if you could advise us to block rooms soonest possible to guarantee the rooms and rates in period of high and peak season
3. All the above points of interest are open for visit based on current updates. In case of closure for construction or any other reason, we will replace it with a similar point of interest.
4. The above itinerary is based on the current flight schedule. In case of flight changes, the itinerary will be changed accordingly.
5. No early check in or late checkout is included except those indicated in the program. Generally, the check in time is 14.00 pm and check out time is 12.00pm.
6. Visas into Vietnam, Thailand, Laos and Cambodia are required except for countries who have signed the visa exemption contracts. Please contact us for visa information details.

7. Guide: Unless a fully escorted tour is requested, each itinerary will be allocated local guides in destinations where a tour has been booked.
8. Compulsory dinners on Dec 24th (Christmas), Dec 31st (New Year) and applicable public holiday events within your host country will be advised at time of booking.
