MOST FREQUENT QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

You can send us a tailor-made request to our sales team at: sales@mooi-travel.com. Our team is there to design the best itinerary and quote for you and your clients.

You will receive from us two documents in Word: one is the detailed itinerary Day-to-Day and the other is the Quote.

If you and your clients want to schedule the tour, you can send us an e-mail, providing with the trip code and the details you want to change.

Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive from us a confirmed itinerary and confirmed quote. About 30 days before the arrival date, you will receive from us the final travel document which you can send to your clients. In this final travel document information such as details about flights, pick-up times, etc. will be updated.

You also receive from us the printed flight tickets or train tickets (if any) by e-mail.

Normally we don’t issue voucher. All your clients need is the travel document (which is the final confirmed itinerary).

Each request and booking has an unique reference number. This number is noted on the itinerary and also on the e-mail’s subject. You can provide us this reference number when you have any question about the request or booking you want to ask.
